TO PLACE AN ORDER (general information)
To view all the books, go to Catalog (two parts : fiction and non-fiction in Literatură generală, literature for and about children and young people in Cărţi Junior). Then, to place an order, go to All Our Books (the shopping cart section). Add the books you want to your shopping cart 
.
Go to e-payment 
to proceed to checkout and sign in (there are several steps to follow including completing a form and entering the number of your credit card : (Master Card 
or Visa Card 
only). Check the accuracy of the information you provided, make the necessary adjustments, then click the button Plasează comanda to submit your order.
All orders are delivered by postal services (air mail only). Shipping fees include a very small amount of money related to the shipment procedure (book prices are already rounded up with it) and the postal fee proper, that varies with weight. To have an idea of the current postal fees, please check the Romanian table given above.
Send us an e-mail if you have any questions. We answer rapidly and clearly, either in English or in French. Please note that we can modify orders only
within 24 hours in case you changed your mind. Tedious and complicate return and refund procedures should be avoided. We ship the day after the reception of your order (i.e., 24 hours after) and send you an e-mail to confirm it. Normally, delivery will not exceed 10 days.
However, some postal delays have been registered for the USA and Canada (up to 3 weeks).
- O rubrică internă a programului destinat comenzii conţine indicaţiile referitoare la greutatea cărţilor şi duce la afişarea finală a valorii taxelor poştale.
- Comanda care depăşeşte 2 kg va fi tratată în două colete separate, cu taxele aferente.
- Pentru orice informaţii suplimentare despre comenzi, îi puteţi adresa editurii un e-mail, la care veţi primi un răspuns rapid.
Puteţi comanda cărţi din catalogul editurii achitînd comanda cu Master Card sau Visa Card . Secţiunea de comandă este All Our Books.

Selecţia volumelor se face printr-un click pe coşul instalat în dreptul fiecărui titlu. După fiecare click pe coş
vi se arată ce este in coş şi cît aveţi de plată (TOTAL ÎN COŞ). Întoarcerea la lista de cărţi pentru a adăuga ceva în coş se face prin butonul Altă carte. Puteţi şterge oricînd un titlu din coş.
Dacă doriţi mai multe exemplare dintr-un titlu, completaţi cîmpul Cantitate,apoi daţi click pe butonul Actualizează pentru a afla totalul valoric al cărţilor din coş. Atunci cînd v-aţi hotărît asupra comenzii, daţi un click pe butonul Comanda finală : treceţi astfel într-o altă pagina în care se face recapitularea coşului dumneavoastra. Tot aici sinteţi invitati sa completati datele personale pentru transport. Dînd click pe butonul Comanda + taxe poştale, veţi ajunge în pagina care vă prezintă taxele poştale şi totalul de plata. De aici, prin butonul Trecerea în site-ul e-payment pentru plată, veţi intra în programul intermediarului e-payment 
, care va prelua datele dumneavoastră personale pentru transport. Vi se va cere doar să completaţi cîmpurile necesare plăţii cu cardul.
Editura va confirma prin e-mail primirea comenzii şi data tratării ei.
Atenţie !
Odată transmisă, comanda dumneavoastră este considerată definititvă şi
va fi tratată la 24 h după ce a fost înregistrată. 24 h este intervalul maxim în care, răzgîndindu-vă, o puteţi anula.
Cîteva amănunte de interes
- Comandînd direct editurii, obţineţi cel mai mic cost pentru cărţile dorite (preţul cărţii + taxele poştale).
- Preţul cărţii în euro sau în dolari se obţine prin împărţirea preţului în lei la valoarea medie a acestor devize din perioada comenzii ; se adaugă un cuantum modic pentru operaţiunile legate de asamblare şi expediere.
- Transportul se înţelge strict par avion / by air mail. Taxele poştale pot varia în timp.
